How the Events Work
SongWars
Participants are given the same beat and a set amount of time to write and record a song over it. At the end, entries compete in a tournament style bracket judged by the community or panel.
BeatWars
Producers are provided with the same audio sample(s) and a time limit to create a beat using it. The finished beats then face off in a tournament.
Song4Song
A tournament where artists submit their pre-made songs. Entries are pitted against each other in rounds, with winners advancing until a champion song is determined.
Beat4Beat
Similar to Song4Song, but for producers. Participants submit their pre-made beats for a community-judged tournament bracket.
CollabWars
Artist and producer duos team up. They are given a specific theme or constraint and a time limit to create a collaborative song from scratch. The resulting tracks enter a tournament.
MixingWars
Participants receive the same set of song stems (individual audio tracks like vocals, drums, instruments). They have a set amount of time to mix the song to their best ability. The mixes are then judged in a tournament format for the best overall mix.
